Exercise and the 750 Calorie HCG Protocol

Exercise and the 750 Cal HCG Diet

Exercise and the 750 Cal HCG DietThere is a misconception out there about exercising on the HCG Diet, and today our goal is to fix that. On the 500 calorie protocol it is recommended to limit exercise to walking for no more than 30 minutes per day. For some, this can be disappointing because they want to continue an active lifestyle or they want to start toning their bodies as they lose weight. The good news is that by adjusting your caloric intake, you can actually exercise a bit more while still reaping the benefits of the HCG Diet. We have designed a higher calorie protocol that fits this rule. This higher calorie protocol was designed to go along with an active lifestyle and should only be implemented if you are burning more than 200 calories per day with your workout.

Here are three guidelines to understand before you implement the 750 calorie protocol:

1. First, it is extremely important that you only eat approved foods stated in the plan, and drink the indicated amount of water throughout the day and take the oral doses 15 minutes before or after each of your three meals.
2. Second, make sure to calculate the amount of calories needed to replenish your body after each planned workout.
3 Lastly, you need to add a reasonable portion of food to your diet after exercise. For example, if you do 40 min-1 hour of walking, jogging, or yoga and burn 300 calories then you need to add an extra protein, fruit, and vegetable serving to your daily intake of calories.  Note: For people on the HCG diet it is not recommended to burn more than 400 calories in a single workout, even with an increased caloric intake.

Sample Day’s Meals:

1 cup coffee with one Tablespoon skim milk – 5  calories

Total = 209

Lunch
1 cup of approved fruit – 110 calories
½ cup of fat free cottage cheese – 81 calories
1 cup of Cucumber slices with Seasoning – 16 calories

Total= 207

    Hello – I’m a 25 yo 160lb male and looking to primarily reduce fat. What if I ignore the hcg recommended foods while taking the drops? Are there any adverse side effects?

    Can I use the gnarly meal replacement while doing the hcg diet?

    Hi there. I used to do the HCG diet before this Triumph strain released.

    What exactly is the difference between the hormone free and regular drops? I’ve combed the site and can’t find an answer.

    • Jordan Kinghorn says:

      Hi Jay! Thank you so much for reaching out! As far as the hormone and hormone-free drops go, the hormone free drops include all of the complimentary and active ingredients that the hormone drops include, but they don’t have the hormone, they are proven to be super effective, and are preferred by people who do not want to take a product with a hormone added. We would love to discuss the differences in more detail with you, so please give us a call at 1-877-485-1030 and we will talk it over with you!

    I am on day 2 of the HCG 750 calories with exercise protocol. I lost 4.5 lbs in one day. Thats motivation. I am about 15 lbs overweight so…..I consider that alot of weight to drop in one day. I feel great! Since I can now eat breakfast and exercise I feel so much better about the diet. I’m not hungry at all and the exercise only makes things better! I feel I won’t cheat on this because I can eat 3 full meals with the fruit and crackers in between meals as snacks. Totally satisfied!

    I purchased the Gnarly shake. How can I incorporate that into the 750 calorie plan when working out? Also, on the days I don’t work out do I go back to 500 calories?
