Best HCG Approved Chili
Ingredients:
- 3.5 oz ground beef
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt (or garlic powder)
- 2 Tbsp minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes or 1/2 can diced tomatoes (I used 1/2 can diced. Pick a brand with no added sugar)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a pan, brown hamburger. Season with garlic salt. Add minced onion, garlic and cook until onions are soft. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. If you’re using fresh tomatoes, you may need to let the chili cook a little longer.Counts as: 1 protein serving, 1 vegetable serving
