HCG Approved Thai Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3.5 oz chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon Braggs Liquid Aminos
- 1/2 tablespoon Fat Free plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon curry

Directions:
In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients except chicken. Pour sauce mixture into a Ziplock bag. Add chicken and seal. Shake the chicken for a minute to coat it in the sauce. Let the bag sit at for 30 minutes. You can either grill until cooked through or bake at 35o degrees for 20-22 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
