Yes, you heard us right! A smoothie that tastes like an apple pie that you can drink guilt-free in Phase 2! Here is how you make it! First grab your blender and add the following list of ingredients:

Apple Pie Smoothie– 2 Tablespoons unsweetened (or stevia sweetened) apple butter

 – 2 – 4 cubes of ice

 – 1/4 C of water

 – 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

 – Add stevia to taste

 

Blend until completely smooth, then sprinkle pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon on top if desired! It is really that easy! Just add these few ingredients to you blender and enjoy a filling, delicious smoothie a few seconds later.
