This is one of our absolute favorite things to eat while in Phase 2 of the HCG Diet. Trust us, you will definitely agree. This recipe is not only easy to make, but it is full of flavor and packs a punch while still remaining within protocol. Healthy does not mean favorless and this recipe proves that. In a ziploc, add & mix:
1/4 C apple cider vinegar
1/4 C water
1-2 t cayenne pepper (depending on how hot you like it)
1-2 t chili powder
Drain liquid and grill or bake chicken. Shred or chop cooked chicken. Add to lettuce leaves. Crumble up your melba toast to top and add Frank’s hot pepper sauce.
