HCG-Approved Phase 3 – Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Ice Cream

This is our new favorite dessert! It is a perfect and healthy option during Phase 3 of the HCG Diet. We promise that it will delight your taste buds while still keeping that hard-earned physique.

Strawberry Ice CreamIn a blender, puree:
1 can full fat coconut milk
2 C strawberries
1/4 C + 2 T powdered stevia

Roughly chop then add to strawberry mixture:
1/2 bar Lily’s organic stevia sweetened dark chocolate (I get it at Whole Foods)

Place in a plastic lined tupperware container or loaf pan. Cover surface with plastic wrap. Put in freezer and stir every 30 minutes for 4 hours OR make in an ice cream maker.
