Autumn Chicken

Dieting can be hard when you have company coming over expecting dinner. Most diet dishes aren’t flavorful enough to feature at a table of guests, but this one is different! This HCG approved Autumn Chicken is delicious and can be dressed up with the sides of your choice to make a healthy meal that you and your visitors can enjoy together. Serve this dish with some sauteed apple slices and asparagus for a filling dinner you can be proud to serve!

• 100 g boneless, skinless chicken
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• Dash of cloves
• Dash of allspice
• Dash of nutmeg
• Dash of cinnamon
• Salt & pepper
• Powdered Stevia, to taste
In a small bowl, combine the cloves, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt & pepper, and
Stevia. Rub the seasoning mixture on the chicken and place in a hot, non-stick skillet
with the lemon juice. Grill until cooked through.
*Serve with a side of sautéed apples. (optional).

Counts as: 1 protein serving without apples, 1 protein serving and 1 fruit serving with apples.
