3.5 oz chicken breast (fat trimmed off, then cut into strips)
1 clove garlic, peeled and smashed
1.5 cups asparagus
2 T. water
Mrs. Dash seasoning of choice
Stir fry chicken in water until half cooked, add garlic & Mrs. Dash seasoning. Finish cooking chicken. Add in asparagus, cook until asparagus is tender and chicken is lightly browned.
Makes one serving.
