Phase 2 Roasted Rosemary Radishes

Not very many people know that radishes are a perfectly safe vegetable to eat on Phase 2 of the HCG Diet. Since summer is in full swing and radishes are in season, we wanted to share this incredible recipe for Roasted Roasemary Radishes. They are incredible.

Roasted Rosemary Radishes Recipe

Rosemary Radishes

  • 1 large bunch radishes, quartered
  • 3 tablespoons water or fat free broth
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp sea salt Pepper, to taste

Rinse, trim and quarter radishes. Place in a glass baking dish. Sprinkle with water or broth, rosemary, salt and pepper. Roast at 425 degrees F for 20 to 25 minute or until desired crispness is reached. Counts as: 1 Veggie Serving

If you’re not on Phase 3 of the HCG Diet, you can still enjoy this recipe! You can even dress it up a little using olive oil or coconut oil in place of water.
