Phase 2 Orange Ice Cream Recipe
- 1 frozen peeled orange (must be frozen)
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 teaspoons powdered Stevia
- 5 drops vanilla stevia (optional)
- 5 drops orange stevia (optional)
In a blender, add frozen orange, water, milk, and stevia. Blend on high until smooth and creamy looking. Remove from blender and enjoy immediately. Do not re-freeze!
Counts as: 1 serving fruit, 1 serving milk
