Today’s recipe is perfect for summer. Try this cool cucumber salad with your lunch or dinner.
– 1 cucumber, chopped
– 1/4 cup white vinegar
– 2 teaspoons green onion, chopped
– 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
– 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
– Fresh ground pepper, to taste
– Stevia, to taste
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Refrigerate if needed.
