Spice up dinner tonight with the bold flavors in this healthy chicken curry recipe.
– 100 g chicken, cut into chunks
– 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– Fresh ground black pepper
– Curry powder, to taste
Sauté the onion and garlic in the lemon juice until tender. Add the curry powder and the salt and mix well. Place the chicken and the broth in the pan and cover. Cook the chicken over medium-high heat for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
Top with fresh ground black pepper.
