Phase 2 Filet Mignon with Peppercorn Sauce

Every once in a while when you’re on a diet you deserve to indulge. Tonight is the night! This delicious HCG Approved Filet Mignon recipes is the perfect way to enjoy a nice meal without the guilt that usually comes with most trips to the steakhouse. ┬áThis is a recipe perfect for staying in with a date or having some guests over. It’s so good, they will never know it’s healthy enough for the HCG Diet.

Filet Mignon With Peppercorn Sauce
– 3.5 oz filet mignon steak
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Dash garlic powder
– 2 tsp. mixed peppercorns, gently cracked
– 1/3 cup low sodium, fat free beef broth
– 1 tsp. red wine vinegar
– 8 drops Original Trulicous Stevia

Season the filet with salt, pepper, and the garlic powder. Place the filet in a hot skillet. Cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Turn the filet over and cook another 3 minutes until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Add the peppercorns and the remaining ingredients to the hot skillet. Reduce the heat to low, return the filet to the pan, cover, and cook to desired temperature, about 5 minutes for medium.
