Beef CurryBeef Curry

100 grams lean steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 sweet onion, sliced
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
pinch of pepper
sea salt to taste
4 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons cilantro, chopped

In a large frying pan, heat 3 tablespoons of water on medium heat. Add onion and stir occasionally until translucent. Add in ginger, garlic and stir. In a small bowl, combine the coriander, cumin, tumeric, pepper and salt with one tablespoon of water. Add this paste to the frying pan. Cook and stir for one minute.

Add the beef to the pan and increase temperature to medium-high. Cook until meat is done to  your liking. Stir in cilantro.
