Beef CurryBeef Curry

100 grams lean steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 sweet onion, sliced
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
pinch of pepper
sea salt to taste
4 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons cilantro, chopped

In a large frying pan, heat 3 tablespoons of water on medium heat. Add onion and stir occasionally until translucent. Add in ginger, garlic and stir. In a small bowl, combine the coriander, cumin, tumeric, pepper and salt with one tablespoon of water. Add this paste to the frying pan. Cook and stir for one minute.

Add the beef to the pan and increase temperature to medium-high. Cook until meat is done to  your liking. Stir in cilantro.

    You forgot ginger and tumeric and amounts in list of ingredients. Curry powder contains coriander and tumeric. You counld have used that.

    I have been on the 5oo calorie diet prioton of HCG protocol for 18 days and have lost 12 lbs overall. I’m pleased with the results and only plan to do a total of 28 days for my first round, but I have noticed that I am starting to have issues with hunger. My water intake is more than sufficient. I thought at first it was only cravings , but I am starting to become hungry after I’ve had my allotted food for the day Is there something I can do for this? Maybe have an extra fruit? or eat 50 cals more in veggies or something?Suggestions please.
