Strawberry Spinach SaladStrawberry Spinach Salad

100 grams chicken, cooked and sliced into strips
1 bunch spinach, rinsed
5 strawberries
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Salt & pepper, to taste

Place spinach and 3 sliced strawberries on a plate. Blend the remaining 2 strawberries, vinegar, lemon juice, stevia and salt & pepper. Pour dressing over the salad and with sliced chicken.
Counts as: 1 protein serving, 1 vegetable serving, 1 fruit serving

    The ingredients list include cinnamon, but then the directions don’t mention cinnamon and adds stevia… If I’m supposed to add stevia, how much should I add?

    This recipe looks delicious. Am I supposed to use Stevia or Cinnamon? The list calls for Cinnamon, but the recipe says stevia. Thanks!

      You can use both or one or the other!

    Hello Holli!I just made this for lunch and am literally reienlg with energy. Love it! I have been struggling with finding a good protein powder and now realize that I just don’t need it. I can just use hemp seeds or cashews and I love the dates as the natural sweetener. Dates really are nature’s candy!Thanks again for sharing.Abby
