Beef takes longer to digest that white meat and fish. It also has a higher fat content than other meats allowed on the HCG Diet. If you are eating red meat make sure it’s incredibly lean. It’s also wise to eat it sparingly. Eating red meat every day on the HCG Diet might cause stalls. If you choose to eat red meat, try to do so only twice per week.
