You Can Make it Through Monday

Make it Through MondayMondays always seem to bring extra work, extra errands and extra stress. Stress can have a negative effect on your diet if you let it get the best of you. When you’re running around trying to get everything done, it is tempting to stop to fill your stomach up with fast food, but ultimately this won’t get you any closer to your weight loss goal.     I’m 7 days into the HCG Triumph diet, (trying to lose that little bit left of my tummy after hanivg twins 8 months ago) and though I have not reached my ideal weight (though pretty close) I am curious to know if anyone has information on the protocol for reaching your weight loss goal before the 26 day period is over? I don’t want to go down to my pre-pregnancy weight, as it was too skinny and unhealthy, and i’m worried that over the 26 days I may lose more than I wanted. If I do reach my goal before my time is up, what do I do? I read on a blog that you shouldn’t stop taking the drops, but instead up my calories to 800 instead of 500 in order to slow weight loss without gaining what i lost back. However, this blog was for a different version of the HCG diet. So, can anyone give me any information, or do I simply just up my calories as the blog suggested? Any helpful answers are appreciated!

      If you reach your goal before your time is up, the next step is simple – move on to phase 3! You can go up to 40 days on phase 2 with our HCG Drops, and you can have your diet be as short as 10 days on the VLCD. Just move on to the maintenance phase when you’ve reached your target weight.
